Recent Events |
We are situated just off the A45, ideally situated for the NEC, and 3 miles from Coventry City Centre and Coventry Cathedral. Parties visiting Coventry or nearby Warwick, Leamington and Kenilworth can be catered for lunches or teas at reasonable prices. Stratford-on-Avon is 30 minutes away. The church hall and/or church worship area can also be hired for childrens' parties, functions, etc.
Regular Activities

Worship each Sunday takes place at 11.00am and you are most welcome to join us. Junior Church meets at the same time, joining the adults for the first part of the service or, occasionally, staying in church for family services. We serve tea, coffee, squash after the morning service which gives people a chance to put the world to rights and pass on concerns about those who are not there. Evening services are held twice a month at 6.30pm and for some of these we join with Limbrick Wood Baptist and St James' Anglican Churches. Holy Communion is generally celebrated at one morning and one evening service each month. |
As a member of the Coventry & Nuneaton Methodist Circuit our worship is usually led by one of the Circuit's team of ministers or local preachers.

Our group meets together to discuss
Bible passages, social issues and we generally aim to build each other
up in our faith. There is also the opportunity to have general
fellowship and share concerns for others.

Junior Church
 |
We meet every Sunday morning between 11am and 12noon. We start our worship with the rest of the church family in the main church and move to the hall usually after the second hymn. We have games, stories, drama and craft based on the Scripture Union SALT (Sharing And Learning Together) material and cater for ages 3-13. Our aim is to help the children learn more about Jesus and how to live a Christian life. Each week the children return to the main church and rattle their JMA collecting boxes. We also sponsor a young girl from the Sudan called Poni. Several times a year we have family services when the children are encouraged to contribute to the worship. They enjoy taking an active part. |
Luncheon Club- Monday's 12.30pm in the church hall
We have been serving meals to a group of elderly folk for nearly 20 years. They not only enjoy the food, but also the company and a chat with others.
Recent Events
As well as our regular activities a number of other social or spiritual activities are organized each year.
In May 2006, the church celebrted it's 70th anniversary with a reunion dinner.

Maths and English Coaching
On Mondays and Thursday afternoons, from 4pm to 6pm, Maths and English coaching for school children is offered on our premises by Coventry West Kumon Centre (instructor Zahra Ahari). For further details, go to www.kumon.co.uk, or contact Mrs Ahari on 024 7641 5960.
