Dates for your diary: Circuit World Mission Weekend
Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th April, 2012
We are looking forward to welcoming Rev Stephen Poxon, Secretary of the Methodist Missionary Society and former President of Conference, for our world mission weekend this year, on 28 and 29 April. The programme for the weekend will include the Circuit Easter Offering Dedication Service at Atherstone at 6pm on the Sunday. The focal event will take place on the Saturday afternoon and early evening at Central Hall, between 2.30 and 8, to include Stephen leading discussion and prayer groups, all age activities and a bring and share meal. Each church is invited to take a different country as a theme, gather material together and perhaps have a shot at following a local recipe. More information will follow but all are urged to put these dates in your diaries and begin thinking about countries to choose.
