CHURCH DEVELOPMENT LEADER
The Coventry and Nuneaton Circuit is looking for a Church Development Leader to take a significant leadership role in the life of churches in the circuit. In the first instance, you would be working with Earlsdon and Radford Methodist Churches within the city of Coventry. We are ooking for someone who will help churches to engage with their local community and develop sustainable mission strategies.

This is a two year fixed term appointment with a salary between £21,000 and £27,500 dependent upon qualifications, skills and experience. As part of the interview, you will need to give a 15 minute presentation (including the use of powerpoint slides) on how you would lead the development of a mission strategy for a local church. There is a genuine occupational requirement that the postholder be a practising Christian.
